  • A combination of experience, knowledge and the latest technology… This machine divides the dough accurately into portions thanks to a newly designed dividing drum and a selection piston that does not damage or compress the dough. Funnel and outer covers in stainless steel. Weight adjustment can be either manual (wheel) or through a touch panel with a programmable logic controller (PLC).

  • Division ranges: 50…200 g, 100…600 g or 250…1000 g.
  • Classic dough dividers consume a lot of oil, and the oil level in the tank should be constantly checked. They are also characterized by the impossibility of repair in the event of a serious mechanical problem or deformation. ATS has developed a new lubrication system. It drips oil onto the surface of the cylinder and also lubricates the circumference of the pistons. A typical dough divider in a medium-sized bakery consumes about 15 liters of butter per week. With the new lubrication system, the ATS divider reduces this consumption to 2.5 liters per week. So saving oil reduces production costs. Also, ATS is installing an oil level warning system in the new lubrication system. Thanks to this, our customers never become imbued with the oil level in the tanks, and prevent mechanical damage in advance.
