Cyclothermic or steam pipe heating systems are offered as alternatives.
In a cyclothermic system, thanks to the air flow regulators and the computer controlled baking, it is possible to control the air flow in each oven. Thus, uniform baking is achieved on all surfaces: both lower and upper.
Uniform baking is guaranteed with the steam pipe system. The tubes are distributed between the tiers, and the heat reaches each point at the same time. All surfaces of the oven are baked evenly thanks to the transfer of energy by tubes that are located at the bottom and top of each tier.
ATS multi deck ovens are available with 3 - 4 - 5 or 6 decks to meet all the needs of our customers regardless of the variety of products, thanks to the automatic robotic loading and unloading system, multifunctional process settings, and combination with a variety of dough pre-treatment machines.
Thanks to the insulation system, the heat produced is kept in the oven for a long time. Additionally, our thermal insulation technology helps rapid temperature recovery, consistent quality and trouble-free baking.
The foundation and gas channels of the furnace are made of refractories. This decision is very important for uniform heat supply to all surfaces.
Each tier is unloaded and loaded very simply by one operation of the loading mechanism. Therefore, the tier door opens for a very short time, preventing heat loss and saving energy costs.
Hearth furnaces ATS work on gas or liquid, solid fuel. The ovens are optimized for low and high baking temperatures, the latter up to 300ºC. In both versions, the balance of the upper and lower tiers is maintained.
Workpieces can be automatically picked up from the decks to the loading conveyor.
The finished product is fed by a belt conveyor to a cooling or packaging station.
Furnaces are available with 3, 4, 5 or 6 tiers to choose from. The whole line is controlled by a touch panel with a memory of 250 recipes. The entire production can be controlled by one system, which can control three ovens through a multifunctional color touch screen.
If necessary, or in the case of remote service, connecting to a computer is very simple and requires access to the Internet at the location of the oven.
The management program has been developed by ATS' own IT engineers to make our users' experience faster and more convenient.
With an internet connection, our customers can monitor the situation on the production line from mobile devices based on iOS or Android.
